American Studies engages students in critical and constructive discourse and experiences in the cultures, values, institutions, government processes, historical accounts, and literary expressions of what it is to be “American.”
A total of six courses (18 credit hours) is required for the minor program.
Students can tailor the program, making it adaptable to the needs, abilities, preferences, and career and professional goals of the student.
